Nonfiction book proposal review/edit

Description: An informed, detailed and constructive response to your draft book proposal to identify any areas needing further development, clarification, or adding to the document; followed by a Zoom discussion of feedback to answer your questions.

Who is this for: Writers preparing a narrative nonfiction book proposal for submission to literary agents or publishers directly. (Note: this is not suitable for memoir writers. See Synopsis Edit or First Three Chapters)

How it works: You send me your book proposal in its final form (preferably as a Word or Google Doc); I read, edit and annotate my queries, suggestions and comments directly on your document. Then we have a Zoom or telephone call to discuss your questions arising from my feedback and submission strategy.

Outcome: Clarity about the status of your book proposal and confidence as to what if anything else you need to add or revise before submitting to literary agents or publishers directly.
